Ordering & Payment

Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit card, PayPal, or USPS Money Order. When choosing PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal's secure server. Otherwise, checkout will continue on our secure server. Payment can also be made with a USPS Money Order (US and Canada only). In this case, your order will not ship until receipt and verification of the money order (verification usually happens on the same day that the money order is received). We cannot accept orders by phone or email. If you need a tax ID, please call or email. All information transferred during checkout is encrypted. We do not store credit card numbers on our server.


Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the US and to most international locations using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Most orders ship the same or next day. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
First-Class Mail International packages or flats typically take 2 or 2.5 weeks to arrive at most destinations.
However, it may take up to 4 or 5 weeks. Contact me if you need faster shipping. All shipments are insured.

USPS First-Class Mail International Flat (padded envelope)

1.5 to 2.5 weeks to most countries (4 to 5 weeks max.) A tracking number is provided, but it will only work while the flat is in the US.
If you select the free shipping option, your item will ship in a flat padded envelope (a flat). In many countries, flats are sorted and transported separately from packages (for example, in bags full of other flats placed on racks). When handled in this way, the chance for damage is very low (lower than for small boxes, in my experience, which are often transported along with much larger boxes and thus more likely to be crushed). If you need stronger packaging, choose the First-Class Package (small box) option below.

Package tracking is available for the following countries: Australia, Israel, Belgium, Latvia, Canada, Lithuania, Croatia, Luxembourg*, Denmark*, Malaysia, Estonia, Malta, Finland, Netherlands, France*, New Zealand, Germany, Portugal*, Gibraltar*, Singapore, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Spain, Hungary, and Switzerland. For all other countries, a tracking number is provided, but it will only work while the package is in the US.

If you select this shipping option, your item will ship in a small cardboard box. We will use a ULINE S-16521 (or larger, if needed) box, which features triple wall sides and double wall front and bottom.

Any shipping taxes, VAT, duty, or any other fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
     UK residents: Orders £15.00 and over will incur an £8.00 fee from Royal Mail as well as 20% VAT.
     Germany: Orders €22.00 and over are subject to 19% VAT.
     Other EU residents: Orders under €22.00 (or equivalent local currency) are not subject to VAT in most EU countries.

We will NOT mark shipments as gifts or reduce the invoice amount.

Only the product price (not the shipping) will be printed on the customs form.

If you purchase multiple items, you may wish to purchase them separately, so that they ship in separate packages.

Returns & Replacements

If you are concerned that a product was received defective, please call or email, and we will attempt to resolve the situation. You may return an item for any reason for a refund or credit. However, all non-defective merchandise returns must be made within 30 days of receipt in new, resalable condition. The original shipping costs will not be refunded if either USPS Express Mail International or USPS Global Express Guaranteed (GXG) was used. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. The refund or credit can only be made after receipt of the merchandise. There is no restocking fee.


Privacy & Security

All personal information exchanged between you and our server is performed using SSL encryption. We will not disclose any customer information to any third party, unless required by law. Credit card numbers are never stored on the server.
